How to use ICT room sheets – How to report problems with this.
In each room with more than 1 computer, there is an ICT room layout next to the teacher machine to help you with knowing what computer what is and how to report problems accordingly. Below is an example of this (CR1, CR2 and Media Suite):
All computers are named according to what class they are located and where they are within that room. Example: in the media suite, (circled in red) you can computer see computer 16 is the closest to the door, this is named LMS-MEDIA-16, if it was in CR1, it would be named LMS-CR1-16 etc.
You can see in the following image what an example ticket would look like regarding a network issue with computer LMS-MEDIA-16. You can add additional information and images to help with the potential tickets:
