Useful summaries for SLTs, HoFs, HoDs and DoLs
A question often asked is “How can epraise give me summaries of the data being entered?”
This reply is most useful for members of SLT, HoFs, HoDs and DoLs. However, it does rely on all behaviour instances and all homework set being recorded accurately on epraise by all staff.
The overviews section of epraise produces a plethora of summaries that can be used to keep track of how epraise is being used - the tricky bits are knowing what is available and how to find the data you want! Two useful summaries are given to get us started:
How to keep track of Faculty Parking issues
- Hover over “Overviews” and click on “Interventions”
- Click on “Recent” (top right of screen)
- Change “All types” to “Faculty Parking” (or any other intervention)
- Change “All subjects” to your subject or “All years” to a particular year group
- If required, change “Total interventions” to a different timescale
- Click on any column header to reorder the list – perhaps by Date, Subject or Year
How to see what Homework has been set
- Hover over “Overviews” and click on “Homework”
- Click on “Recent” (top right of screen)
- Change “All subjects” to your subject or “All years” to a particular year group
- If required, change “Total homework” to a different timescale
- Click on any column header to reorder the list – perhaps by Date, Subject or Year
