Displaying House points scored by each tutor group and each student
Form Tutors and DoLs may be interested to know how to find out and display the house points scored in total by each tutor group and individually by the students in a particular year or Key Stage.
All of this information is readily available from the Community tab in epraise. It can be “filtered” to display points scored this year, this term, this week or last week allowing for challenges to be set to the students that ignore past earnings.
To produce a list of points in each tutor group
- Hover over “Community” and click on “Tutor group leaderboard”
- Next to “Show:”, change “All years” to “Year XX” or “Key stage 5”
- You can look at points scored in a single term, for example, by changing “Total points” to “This term”
To produce a list of points scored by each student
- Hover over “Community” and click on “Student leaderboard”
- Next to “Show:”, change “All years” to “Year XX” or “Key stage 5”
- You can look at points scored in a single term, for example, by changing “Total points” to “This term”
- You can look at points scored by a single tutor group, if the year group is five-form entry, by changing “All houses”
- You can’t filter on a tutor group, but you can reorder the list by tutor group by clicking on the column heading
- You can reorder the list by first name but not by surname
