Adding homework to other classes

“Can I add homework to other classes, who I do not teach.”

 

This is particularly useful if, for example, setting a project or competition homework for a whole year group or when setting cover work for a group workig in a computer room. 

 

Setting homework to a year group

 

·        Hover over “Groups” and click “Year groups”

 

·        Click on the desired year group

 

·        Click “Classnotes” and create a “New note” in the same way you set homework for your own groups.

Be sure to make it clear if the task is OPTIONAL

 

 

Setting homework to another class

 

·        Hover over “Groups” and click “Classes”

 

·        In the search box, type the start of the group name (e.g. “10C” or “10x”) or the subject (e.g. “Math”)

 

·        Click “Find class”

 

·        Double click on the desired class

 

·        Click “Classnotes” and create a “New note” in the same way you set homework for your own groups.
